GTI Spring Festival 2008
The NAS Events organised Spring Festival at Santa Pod, is now a stalwart of the watercooled VW Show season, 2008 seeing Brian Burrows and Brett Hawksbee put on yet another top quality show for all comers. With consistently excellent weather for the last two years it was inevitable that April showers were going to kick in this year. So as we headed northbound up the M1 on Sunday, April 13th, the VW gods were obviously tucked up in the garage working on their Mk1 Golf's, as rain teemed down and threatened almost zero track time. Somehow we battled through with our brollies and managed to bag a few pictures along the way. Here they are for your enjoyment...
